JSSR Group Public Company Limited (“the Group Company”) which consist of 1) JSSR Auction Company Limited 2) JSSR Logistics Company Limited 3) Rapbizz Direct Company Limited, as the premise owner who is obliged under the Disease Control Act to collect and notify the relevant government authorities in case that there is any person who is affected or suspected to get affected by the disease of COVID-19 entering into the Group Company’s premise, would like to inform the visitor who entering into the Group Company’s premise that the Group Company would need to collect your temperature and health information as well as any other relevant information in order to perform the Group Company’s legal obligations; provided that the Group Company would need to store your personal data for the period of time as instructed or guided by the relevant government authorities, in particular the disease control officers, or for any other period of time that the Group Company may considers necessary for the Group Company to perform the defined legal obligations in the most efficient manner; provided that the Group Company undertakes to implement the best practice in maintaining the information security of those personal data under the legal framework of the relevant laws.

The Group Company undertakes not to disclose the personal data to any person, except only in case that the Group Company is obliged by the relevant government authorities’ instruction to disclose the suspicious case to those government authorities.
