1. All auction items are sold on “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis.
2. No cancellation of items is allowed if you have won the bid.
3. All information from the list/catalogue is prepared only as a guide. The auctioneer bears no responsibility regarding the discrepancies between the listing and the item.
4. JSSR Auction, at its sole discretion, may make changes to the information or cancel items in the catalogue without giving prior notice.
5. Never decide to bid for an item without prior inspection. Keep in mind that all auction items are previously owned , hence their conditions are in varying degree.
6. Regarding the removal of item from the auction yard, the Auctioneer will provide free-of-charge assistancein loading the equipment/items onto trucks onsite (except dismantling or re-assembling processes where fee charges apply). However, the Auctioneer will NOT be responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur during the assistance.
7. Regarding the loading of items onto truck, you should arrange for the right truck based on what kind of equipment you are loading and the size, weight and amount of that equipment.
8. Make sure you read and understand the rules and regulations of the auction, terms and condition of sale as well as other related documents.
