2012       Starting this November, internet live auction is available for stationary items at Km.35 Free Zone Unreserved Miscellaneous Auction).

The auction is a common method of trading for many centuries. Through decades of development, the auction of used construction equipment has gained reputation as a just and rightful method for exchange of used equipment and machinery. It has been adopted in many countries, especially in North American (USA, Canada), Europe (UK, Holland), United Arab Emirates and Asia (Japan, Singapore, Indonesia). In year 2000, it was introduced to Thailand by JSSR AUCTION.

 

JSSR AUCTION first started auction of used equipment in 2000. Our founder spent many years learning the art of auctioning from different regions worldwide, and adapting it to suit the Southeast Asia market. JSSR AUCTION Company was established in 2003 as Thailand’s first used equipment and machinery auctioneer. Through our strong integrity, we became a major player that links between suppliers and buyers in Southeast Asia region. Most of our auction items are imported from Japan, with an increasing listing from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, USA, Europe, Oceania and Middle East regions. Our buyers are mostly from Thailand and other South East Asian countries, with an increasing bids from North American, Europe, Oceania, Middle East and other parts of Asia regions. Our auction items are from various industries including construction, agriculture,mining and more. Today, we are the leading auctioneer of used construction equipment in Southeast Asia.

 1. The Auctioneer

JSSR Auction Co., Ltd. is Thailand's leading auctioneer of all kinds of second-hand heavy machinery and equipments used in construction, industrial and agricultural industries. Auctions are held every month with both local and international customers
participating in the auction event. We welcome every individuals who is interested in our auction to come visit, observe and  experience our auction events. 

 

  2. Consignors

Auction is an alternative option for customers wishing to sell their unused machinery or equipment, be it old or new. Auction prices   may vary with the market and season demand, however, your consigned items will be sold within the  scheduled date of the auction event, hence a solution to your inventory problem. JSSR Auction Co., Ltd. manages the auction events professionally and with high capacity. We provide many services,at your request, ranging from transporting your items to the auction yard, cleaning, re-painting, repairing or modifying   engine to maintain the items' quality in condition that is ready to be put up for the auction.

 

  3. Bidder

Auction brings to buyers many benefits as buyers are able to purchase their wanted items in the most satisfying price. At JSSR, we   offer the most varieties of items to be auctioned. To be an eligible bidder, you are required to register and  deposit a bond. Registration can be done over the counter on the auction day or through our website.

 

 

2 Locations

 

Auction Site K.M.32 (Local Auction)

     The first auction site is located on Bangna-Trad Road K.M.(kilometre)32 with an area of 35 Rai. The first auction was held here in the year 2003. At the present, this site is primarily for auctioning on items that have been paid for import duty. Succesful bidders will need to pay for 7% value added tax (VAT) but do not need to pay for import duty. 

 

 

 

Auction Site K.M.35 (Free Zone Auction)

     The second auction site is located on Bangna-Trad Road K.M.35 with an area of 48 Rai. It was officially opened in the year 2007. Auctioning items are imported heavy machinery and equipments, including cars and trucks that have not been paid for import duties. Successful bidders are required to pay for both import duty and value added tax.

AUCTION TYPES

  1) Unreserved Auction
       
        There are no minimum bids or reserve prices.
        The auctioneer will accept and sell the item to the bidder with the highest bid, regardless of the amount.

   2) Reserved Auction
        
         Minimum prices are apply to each items as the starting price.
         The bidder with the highest bid is the winner.  Bid lower than the minimum price is not accepted.

1) PARADE AUCTION (Unreserved) is held at;


    - Bangna-Trad K.M.32 auction yard and,

    - Bangna-Trad K.M.35 auction yard (Free Zone)

  2) INTERNET AUCTION

    - LIVE INTERNET auction broadcasts the Parade Auction at K.M.32 site and K.M.35 site online, allowing Bidders  to participate in the auction and place their bid online without being present at the auction yard.

    - TENDER auction is a reserved auction and an online bidding process. Highest bidder will be the successful  bidder.

    - WEBBID auction is a reserved auction and an online bidding process. Highest bidder will be the successful  bidder.

Auction Procedure

Prior to Auction Day

Items Inspection

     At JSSR auction, we sell everything "as is, where is". Therefore, to ensure that you can bid with confidence, you are encourage to visit our auction yards to test and inspect your equipment of interest before deciding to bid. We are open for inspection 3 days before the auction day.  It is an advantage to have someone knowledgable about the operation of the machine with you. Otherwise, we have a team of  engineers at your service, free of charge, throughout the 3-days inspection from 9.00 a.m. - 17.00 p.m.

 

 

Stock List & Schedules

     A catalogue containing details on stock list, lot number and schedule is available for collection on inspection day or on auction day. Alternatively, you can visit our website to view such details regarding our stock list and for other up-to-date informations.

Every items is sold "as is, where is" and cannot be returned.

 

Auction Day

Bidding Process

     Prior to the beginning of an auction, the announcer will start off by making an introduction about the rules & regulations and steps & process of bidding. As the first item proceeds, its lot number appears on the scoreboard and also will be annouced by the announcer along with its make, model and specifications. As bidding begins, the bid price is continuously being announced and shown on scoreboard. Only registered bidders with a bidding book are eligible to participate in bidding. The bidder with the highest bid for the item is the successful bidder. The same process applies to all the other items in accordance with their lot number until all items are sold for that auction day.

 

 

Post Auction

Purchase Payment

     Successful bidders can make their payment immediately on the day of auction event or within 7 working days after the event.

 

Claim your items and removal from auction yard

     Once the equipment has been paid for, inculding import tax (Free Zone Auction), the equipment can be claimed and removed from the auction yard within 14 days after the auction event.

 

Transportation Service

     At JSSR, we provide transportation service for your equipment to be transported from the auction yard to your desired destination all over the Kingdom of Thailand.  (Fee charges applied)

 

Heavy Equipment Registration

     JSSR will hand over all other necessary supporting documents, regarding the equipment, to the successful bidder once full payment has been made, inculding import tax for Free Zone Auction.

In the case of an equipment lacking any supporting documents, notification will be made in the item list.
