Recruitment Privacy Notice

In order for JSSR Group Public Company Limited (“the Group Company”) which consist of 1) JSSR Auction Company Limited 2) JSSR Logistics Company Limited 3) Rapbizz Direct Company Limited to assess your job application, please kindly study this Recruitment Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) in detail before providing your personal data to the Group Company as an applicant (the “Applicant”). The Group Company commits to implementing the best information security measure of your personal data in strict compliance with the relevant laws.

Personal Data being Processed

During the recruitment process, the Group Company may collect and receive Applicant’s personal data (i) directly from Applicant as provided in application form, resume or as given to the Group Company over the conversation or interview; (ii) indirectly as shared by the recruitment agency or any person that Applicant may give consent to them to disclose Applicant’s personal data to the Group Company; (iii) from any third party that Applicant have indicated as Applicant’s referee that the Group Company to contact them for additional information.

During filling the application form and interview process the Group Company need to collect and use the following personal data: general information as follows; full name, identification card number, contact information, education background, work experience, interest or skill as well as any other verification document and may include health information and disability (if related).

Once Applicant have passed the selection process via interviewing by the Group Company after obtaining consent from Applicant the Group Company need to collect additional sensitive data as follows; criminal record and health check information which is a significant factor for the Group Company to consider Applicant’s qualification and appropriateness for the position.

Objectives of the Personal Data Processing

The Group Company would need to collect, compile and use Applicant’s personal data for the following purposes: (i) to verify Applicant’s identity and all of the information that Applicant have given to the Group Company; (ii) to assess whether or not Applicant would be qualified for the position that you are applying for; (iii) to contact and coordinate with Applicant during the recruitment process; and (iv) For the convenience of managing Applicant’s application in the event that the Group Company may be vacancies and suitable positions for Applicant in the future. The Group Company reserve the rights to keep the Applicant’s personal data for a period of 1 year. 

Disclosure of the Personal Data

Generally, the Group Company will not disclose Applicant’s personal data to anyone, except in the necessary circumstances that the Group Company would need to disclose and/or transfer Applicant’s Personal Data to the following persons for completely of recruitment process: (i) to third party service provider who relating services to the Group Company’s recruitment process; (ii) to the Group Company's affiliates who may have vacancies that are relevant and match Applicant’s interests (iii) to any reference contact person that the Group Company may need to contact with for Applicant’s reference check; (iv) to third party who Applicant consent to the Group Company to disclose Applicant’s personal data.

Data Subject right

The Group Company respect the Applicant’s statutory rights as the data subject under the relevant and Applicant can contact the Group Company for exercise Applicant’s right as follows; right to withdraw consent; right to access and request a copy of personal data; right to rectify; right to request for data portability in case the Group Company storing such personal data in the format which is readable or commonly used by ways of automatic tools or equipment including right to transfer this personal data to other data controllers; right to object to any processing of the personal data, right to request for the deletion or de-identification Applicant’s personal data upon there is no necessity to process; right to request the Group Company to suspend the use of the personal data; right to complain to any authorities in the event of a violation Applicant’s personal data.
