The Company would store participant’s information for so long as the Company may deem appropriate and necessary for the Company’s business operation; provided that the Company commit not to excessively violate your rights as the data subject and represent to protect the security of your personal data and shall not disclose your personal data to other third party except the disclosure to the third party service provider providing the service directly pursuant to the event for the Company.
