JSSR Auction provides a service to customers who are unable to attend an auction but wish to purchase one or more items in our auction. This service, sometimes referred to as ‘absentee bidding’, is JSSR Auction Proxy Bidding.

When you place a JSSR Auction Proxy Bidding,  JSSR Auction bids for the items that you select on your behalf, up to the maximum amount specified by you.

Special Terms & Conditions
The Tender Auction in Parallel with the PARADE JSSR Auction
These Special Terms and Conditions below are applicable to the JSSR Tender Auction being run in parallel to the JSSR Auction and are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions for the JSSR Auction. Therefore, bidding at the JSSR Tender Auction in Parallel with the JSSR Auction is considered as agreement with our terms and conditions by the bidder. The terms & conditions of the JSSR Auction will be applied in principal for the events, which are not specified in the Special Terms & Conditions. The Special Terms & Conditions shall be superior to the JSSR Auction Terms & Conditions if there is any discrepancy.

AUCTION INFORMATION:   JSSR AUCTION IN THAILAND

(for km35 only)….. JSSR Auction Free Zone in Thailand is authorized and proceed under the supervision of the Royal Thai Customs for that goods in the DFZ is exempted from duties (Import Tax, Excise Tax and Value Added Tax), and duties are payable only when imported to Thailand. Goods from DFZ are treated as import into the kingdom or import completed when taking out from the DFZ into the kingdom.

THE QUALIFIED BIDDER :

1. Juristic Person of either local or foreign nationality.

2. Person who is 18 years of age and above.

THE AUCTION EVENT:

1. The Auctioneer will designate the method for bidding.

2.     The Auctioneer will designate the time and place for bidding.

3.     The Auctioneer will designate the machines for bidding.
